Now that our patio area is complete, the back filling and cleanup of the existing dirt and bushes is underway. Once the dirt has been removed from our basement remodel here in Vancouver, we need to replace all the dead grass. We were originally thinking of seeding the lawn, but having dogs we figured the grass seeds would just get trampled and destroyed. Our landscape architect suggested that we use grass sod, as it’s more durable than the traditional seeding method.
As for the interior portion of our Vancouver basement remodel, the HVAC guys are finishing up with some venting which should be done today. We are still on track to be at the drywall stage within the next couple of weeks.
